The Grain Store Restaurant at Stannergill Distillery
We have restored the old Castletown Mill grain store to become our fabulous new dining space at Stannergill Distillery. You will be welcomed into The Grain Store Restaurant by our friendly team to enjoy beautifully cooked Scottish cuisine in a fabulously atmospheric setting. Our talented head chef will combine the best of local and seasonal produce, to create satisfyingly delicious dishes.

Menus
Daytime Menu
Delicious coffee, speciality teas and cake are available in our Grain Store Restaurant from 10am Thurs to Sun, either side of lunch.
Our seasonal lunch menu is served in The Grain Store between 11.30am and 3pm and has perfect options for a lighter bite. The menu changes on a Sunday for an all day offering until 7pm.
Booking is recommended.
Evening Menu
Dinner will be served in The Grain Store Restaurant from 6pm until 9pm. Expect a delicious premium offering, served in style by our lovely team.
On a Sunday, enjoy our all day dining menu which includes a Sunday Roast.

Drinks Menu
We have a full drinks menu including our own House Blend whisky, the award winning Rock Rose Gin range, Holy Grass Vodka, and Mapmaker’s Rum.
Along with a fabulous wine selection and a special curation of soft drinks.

Book a Table
From 2nd November until April 2027 we are open, Thursday to Sunday, as follows:
- Coffee and cake is available 10am – 4pm.
- Lunch between 11.30am and 3pm. Booking is recommended.
- Dinner served Friday and Saturday to 9pm and Sundays until 7pm. Please refer to ‘Book a Table’ for availability. Booking is recommended.
- Our hours will vary over the festivities.
- We will be closed for the month of January 2027.
Please ensure to note any dietary requirements and allergens when booking your table with us to avoid any disappointment. We try our best to cater to all dietary restrictions when given enough notice!
